Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition (unused, unopened, with original packaging)

Refund Processing Time
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days after we process your return
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

- We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
- Return shipping for incorrect items will be prepaid by us
