Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

Free Shipping

  • Available for: Orders of $50 or more
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Available upon request

Please Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our educational products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for most products in their original condition.

Return & Exchange Process

1Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

2Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

3Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Items are in original condition (unused, unopened, with original packaging)
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method for your protection

4Processing Your Request

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the items within 2-3 business days
  • Process your refund or ship your exchange items
  • Send you a confirmation email

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days after we process your return
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB purchases: Refunded to your card
  • PayPal purchases: Refunded to your PayPal account

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our educational products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or Used Learning Games (due to hygiene and copyright considerations)
  • Personalized Name Tags (custom-made items)
  • Opened Bulletin Board Supplies that cannot be resold
  • Damaged Items due to customer mishandling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect items
  • We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
  • Return shipping for incorrect items will be prepaid by us
